So i'm trying to make a new xbox live account and it's not working!

whenever I put my subscription key in and enter it it gives me an error:

"Unable to continue due to technical difficulties. Please try again later."

it's been doing this error every time i try to enter this and for around a few hours... will this ever stop and will i ever be able to use this code?

I have never had that before!3 things I can think of
1)wait till tomorrow
2)call Microsoft...THIS WILL BE THE MOST HELPFUL

nope, i used to play on my live account a long time ago... Zykerti

but i canceled it, and then the credit card was canceled also so i can't renew it, so now i got a 2 month and i'm still on my old old xbox... so no i havent migrated it yet, i don't have a 360.

I called them and all they told me to do after spilling my guts for an hour was to try it in 24 hours... but it's been doing this for longer than that...

now when i try it it says that Xbox Live is not responding... could it be a problem on my end?

What's your set-up? Routers? Change of ISP? Mac-adress :confused:

like it's an old xbox i just got out and yes i have changed routers in the time since ive been on live back in the day...

will i have to update my IP and stuff on the Xbox now?

I had to call them up (XBL) and set up my account through the phone.

yeh i thought you would seeing as you canceled it through the phone...good to hear your back online )
