If you clear the single player campaign on Normal difficulty (the easiest difficulty) then that will get you 405 Gamerpoints. I know this because if you have Saints Row, then go onto the money leaderboards on Xbox Live, then go to the guy who is 12th and you will see that he was last playing Halo 3. Go into his played games, there you will see Halo 3, then select Halo 3 and you will see the achievements. You also get 125G for completing the Single player campaign at heroic difficuly and another 125G for completing it at Legendary difficulty, so that adds up to 655G, but there is also Skulls you have to find throughout the Campaign so that will mean more Gamerscore but I didn't add up the Skull achievements.
So there you go, that tells you that the achievements will not be hard and you will fly through them (if you are interested in achievements that is:D).
