The current data provided by Microsoft does not include the achievements list for each gamer, but only the total amount and the total in each game.
So it is possible to build an application to compare this data, but not the complete list as you see on the xbox.com site.

The live bot I made for XUG is fully MSN compatible. There will be a new version tested here soon. I'll add it to the planning

is there a way to do this... and it might be hard to explain...
You know how you can see from your friends list if someone is joinable in a specific game? Well... on the site say in there post or whatever have the game there playing and if there joinable? I think that would be cool... especially if someone doesnt have them on there friends list or even if they are you know you can join them. But all of this you can see from the forum in the posts or what not. Might be to boggin for the site, but I think it would be cool.

You mean like the MSN, AOL icons below the users gamercard where they show if you are online or not?
Thatīs doable.
XUG has this already, is just a matter of inserting this info into the forum sidebar.

Colobus is right.
The data is all there. Just a question of showing it on the right place.
Here is a example http://www.xboxusersgroup.com/forums/vbgamerboard.php?do=showlive

yeah... as in if there online or not, but also the if there joinable, but all in a nice neat little package in the avatar section or whatever. Just like a simple... "On Live" and like Joinable in Gears of War.
Again... dont know how effective it would be, but it sure would look cool... heh

I understood you the first time :D:D:D
The core data is there so shouldn't be too big a problem to release this

Don't know if there is more I could ask, maybe you could find a way to show what they are playing and maybe a way to message friends without having to sign into xbox.com.

I think thta sorta runs in with my sugestion and its not doable due to privacy policys and all that with Microsoft!

This could indeed cause some major issues. Microsoft is right in this matter as it's kinda annoying to get spammed too much on Live.
Some people might abuse this feature if it's opened up completely to the general public by allowing remote posting.

Here is one for you. Not sure if possible but it's an idea. How about adding the pulse to the member list or to the member profile? I try to pulse each new member and view their profiles. :D

You can now actually already do it by clicking the gamercard in the member profile.
That will open a gamerinformation page with a huge pulse button.
That page will look different very soon as I'm working on the Live Community Member Profile Page.

How about a 7 day Gaming Forcast. It would basicaly take the info from the Game Cloud but would log the time of day the game was played and continuously average it out so in theory, you could look ahead and see when the most members from XLN will be on playing "X" game at any given day. Maybe use just the top ten games on it.

There may be a way already for this but I have not been able to find it. I am dying for a way to list gamertags on my site and have it display the following:
1) If they are online or not
2) If they are online, what are they playing
3) If they are not online, when they were last seen and what they were last playing
If I could accomplish this that would be amazing!

For an answer on running items on your site please check
http://www.xboxlivenation.com/community/showthread.php?t=17248
We do have a public API http://www.xboxlivenation.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1146&Itemid=29
one major but:
1. You need to write the parser yourself to adapt the engine
2. MOST IMPORTANT: To be able to request information on a gamertag the gamer MUST be a member of Xbox Live Nation.
This is to avoid abuse.

Assuming those two things are in place, will i be able to display their Xbox Live status on my site?
Thanks again.

That can be integrated without too many issues

In looking at the Gamertag API, http://www.xboxlivenation.com/api/xlnapigt.xml?gt=Anti+Enemy, I don't see where it is returning their current Xbox Live status. Is there something I am overlooking?
On second thought, for what I am wanting to accomplish do I need to use the Online Community Status API?
Thanks again.

How about achievement checklists where you could check of an achievement when you get it.
P.S: I am new to the site
