We just learned that GamerDad (http://www.gamerdad.com/index.cfm), Andrew Bub, had a heart attack requiring quadruple bypass surgery. Yikes. His wife (that's her in the picture) has asked his readers (and members of the gaming community) to help out financially if you're able. (http://www.gamerdad.com/detail.cfm?itemID=3859)
Andrew, good luck with everything, but stay away from those games that are a little too hard on the ticker, at least for a while. No Halo 3 on Legendary for you!
Andrew is one of the good guys we get a chance to work with, and I've personally been able to spend some time with him over the past year or so. In fact, we got to chat a few weeks ago, when his wife and he were at PAX. He's very passionate about videogames, and as a parent, he's a strong advocate of helping families grow closer by using games as a way to bond with children.
