UPS Sucks.

I orderd my laptop package... paid 750.00 for everything and then a rush delivery...

Now canada just had a long weeked .. May 24 - Victoria's Day Weekend.

I diden't expect UPS to bring my package.. but they did.

They left me a slip saying they'll return for a second attempt @ 10:30am - 2:00pm.

Right at two I called UPS and talked to a very nice lady.. she herd my concerns and sent a dispatch message saying that the distrubution center would call me once they've contacted the driver. they said they'd call in 15 minutes..

that was 30 minutes ago.

I need this laptop.. and Im pissed cause this jerkoff in hes delivery truck hasen't came and gave it to me.

And if I need to go pick it up tonite Im going to demand some sort of credit or re-embercment.

cause this is first class bullshaz.

It happens man.... at least the lady was willing to call the dispatcher and try again... most of the time that doesnt happen at all.

I called agian.

Aparantley the nice ladys a snot!... she did not paige the driver she just forwarded my "concern call" over to the supervisor.. hence me never getting my call.

This time another girl aplogized... and said they're paiging the driver asap.. and will return my call within an hour.

and I told her thats what the last lady said.

Like honestly.. WTF.

If the box has even the slightest dent.. or anything like that.. this dudes gonna get kicked in the nuts.

" We Just called the driver and he said to be home for 6:00-6:30pm To Recive your package.."
me: " So much for 10:30am - 2:00pm eh ? ... "
"Were very sorry sir we've been backlogged all day...and two of our trucks broke down today thats why everythings been so slow.."
me: " If it's not here by 6:30pm Im gonna drive up there and I wont be too happy..."
" We've had a few people come and demand there stuff alredy.. It's been hectic.. just hold in your shipment will arrive.."
me: *Hangs Up*
