Had the first one preordered for 3 months, and drove 30 miles to get the other one as it was the only copy left....

wow that's some bad luck right there... if you bought it from circuit city they replace the disc's no questions asked..

a while ago when THP8 came out, my xbox put a circular scratch on the disc and i took it back, told em it came that way.. and got a brand new game..granted that was the 1st day i had the game tho
