visual basic 2005 -give me tips/help-

Just thought id put up a thread about visual basic 2005 express, im a new comer to programming, and if any member of XLN is any good using visual basic 2005, it would be great if they could give me a link to a tutorial or anything that would make life easier. Programming is the hardest thing tro grasp in the IT world so thats why im hoping to learn alot and get a job involving programming. I no very basic stuff and want more.
