They have also added, Divix and Xvid support, yes what so many have been waiting for. Thank you Microsoft, all the things I have been wanting are coming into play now!!

the majority of movies people can "get" off the internet are encoded in those formats, they have great quality in a lot smaller size, a dvd movie encoded in Xvid is only like 700mb enough to just put the file on a cd and the 360 will read the file off the cd. So yeah this is something a lot of people really want, no need to convert movies to dvd anymore.
