I think this goes a little far, The feedback system is corrputed enough that they can't really do anything to fix that one problem. It's something everyone deals with in life, and changing the feedback system on live isn't going to help anyone.

It sucks man, but if you are on an online environment such as live its essential just to develop some thicker skin...

Sad to say, but no matter what stance MS takes on it, there will always be bad eggs...
