That is so freakin cool man! I've been wanting to do it. Where did you get your information, brew kit and recipe? Website? I know that Samuel Adams has some info on their site. Keep me posted.

I get to be the taste tester. If I suddenly disappear, it's because it's a bad first brew and everyone should hunt down my husband!

I'm kind of weary about it. It's just a simple starter I bought at the store. It is a simple mixture of malt molasses and yeast. Once I get payed I'm going to the local Natural Foods store. They have every kind of Malt, Hops, and all the ingredients to make your own brew. I also have to buy a few of the supplies needed to do it all. Right now I have a homeade 5 gallon fermentor but I wan't to get a Carboy (pretty much a 7 gallon water jug off the water cooler at work.)

Darksaint....There are thousands of how to websites with instructions and recipies. Just google it and your set. I can get all I need at our natural foods store that has all the equipment and bottling supplies. Just find a sipmle recipe online and take it from there. Trying to figure out the supplies you need is the hard part.

It's actually pretty easy. My bro and I just started the second phase of the brewing. We dry hopped it and are ageing it for a week, then we can bottle it and we'll age it in the bottle for another couple of weeks and it will be good to go!
