Pretty cool. I like how unlocking anything Legendary also gives you the achievements for the lesser uncompleted difficulties. I also read somewhere that one of the acheivements would require you to not to have any Flood casualties. here is a link.

yeah the new achievements rock!!! ummm but WTF??? you need to find the skulls??ummm online achievements are pretty easy??is this true and is this final??

I wasn't thrilled about finding skulls in Halo 2, so I was a bit bummed that they were returning. As long as they ere only for achievements and don't include any weird glitches or abilities like H2 did then it won't be so lame.
I don't believe this to be the final list as both posts contain a few different achievements so there is still a bit of tweaking to be done. You could probably bet that the similar ones are going to be in the final version.
