Game profile changes now online

I've implemented several new features:


The game details page for a game is now fully redesigned. If you visit the gamedirectory or click a game in one of the various gamelistings you can see the new design. The pages are also accessible using the Live service portal
The Live DNA now also links to the new details pages for games. The titles on Live DNA pages and game tiles are now linked to those pages too.

The information was already available if you used the gamedirectory service but now it's 1. redesigned and 2. accessible from within all the major applications.
