Very rarely do I buy into any hype, including what is coming from my very fingers right now but I had to share my excitement for the possibility of this game. After following some questionable Twitter chatter, I saw this game title mentioned. The name of this game? "Wet" and the main character is called Rubi.
For those who haven't heard of it, get your kindergarten giggles out of the way like I did about an hour ago and check it out: Rubi is a problem solver - she uses her insane acrobatic skills to dispose of her enemies.
From the trailer and screenshots, she looks to sport a nice pistol for some good ole shooting action but also a sword for some more refined feminine slashing. If things turn out as I would hope, what joy could be had by shooting an enemy and then being able to add insult to injury by some slicing and dicing!
The story looks to be another "girl-assassin-does-hit-but-client-ditches-her-and-leaves-her-for-dead-so-she-seeks-answers-and-revenge". It claims to be full of plot twists and adventure. Here's to hoping it rocks. Please don't let me down, Sierra!
