Xbox Breaks Multiple Times

My friends Xbox has broken multiple times and I've had mine less than a year and its already broken once :( and have had to send it in

Anyone else's Xbox broken in the past
AND
Does Microsoft have any plans to stop it?

Mine is currently getting repaired i should get it back soon they said it could take a while this time cause officially im not covered under the warranty anymore.

And yess mine has been broken a few times before i wish i could praise em for you know fixing it but you know after the first 3 times i don't see the fun part anymore now it just bothers me....
However im sure they are doing whatever they can to fix it.....and the newer xbox 360's are supposed to have less problems however little comfort that might be it does show they worked on it.

ya mines broken but it arrived at my house while im at my vacation home so Im currently getting someone to send it up to me
Ive been without Xbox for a month I cant wait to start playing again :D

I think a lot of us have had our share of issues but overall the repairs are well done and quite fast

My system has had issues and Microsoft extended the warranty and covered all cost . Since I got it back ( approx. 9 months ago ) system works pretty good . But consider this , my friend had a PS3 go out within 3 months and is currently fighting with Sony . Best thing to do is stay in touch with Microsoft and they will take care of you .

I had a launch 360 which lasted me over 2 years. Then I sold it to get the Elite :D

i had an xbox that i bought in jan 05 in iraq and it lasted through a year there. then mailed home and 6months there then i mailed it back to iraq and it lasted another 8 months till the drive wouldnt reconize any games. so i just ordered a new elite but since i have had it every once in a while it will scratch a ring on my game. ive lost 3 games so far.

I'm very impressed with Microsoft repairing these units. My buddy 'Rusty hart' had his break down a few times on him, after the third, they allowed him to upgrade to an elite unit. I think he's full of it, but it's worth a try. ( get an 'Halo unit', they have all the new and improved parts)

Ya Microsoft is goood about fixing it when it breaks....I will give them that
However it still sucks that it breaks allot I just wish they could fix whatever the problem is on future Systems:rolleyes:

Mine broke, I sent it in and had it back in exactly a week. When my friend got his repaired the on e that they sent back broke within a week so they sent him a new one.
