I dont know if this is your question or not Jess but Gaming Ladders are where teams sign up, compete and then report wins or losses.... This then ranks each team based on % or number of wins and losses...

Thanks Soccer, that was what I needed to know. I know you wanted us to compete on them Roadkill, I just didn't understand how they worked or anything, that was the question i asked

You will need to talk to the other teams on the ladders to arrange the matches.

You guys are already on live assault I walked Sniper through that. If you need help setting up on Gamebattles or Dc Combat let me know. Dc Combat is pretty easy. Gamebattles is a bit more complicated. You have Weary also he knows a lot about Gamebattles he should be able to help you on that site quite a bit.
