This is available.

It's integrated in the live functions in posts and in the member info. Just click the "live functions" in a post or in the profile to access it.

To add your gamertagblog.com URL to your profile.

Go to the Usercp (http://www.xboxlivenation.com/community/usercp.php)
Click Edit profile
Scroll to "additional information" and fill in the gamertagblog field with the full URL.
