Could the PS3 be losing Unreal Tournament

I was reading the latest OXM and in it Mark Rein said he is glad that Epic is bringing Unreal to the 360 an PC. He didn't mention PS3 could that mean that it won't be hitting the PS3 or could it mean that they just couldn't use PS3 because they aren't allowed to. I've never seen OXM do that before so there maybe a chance of it not coming to PS3.

He says that the game is in simultaneous development for both the PC and 360.

That would be really weird since he first praised the PS3 on having a more open network and he was talking about bringing mods over to the ps3 version and stuff like that.
