This is certainly one of the strangest E3 appointment reminders we've received. Konami's media briefing begins at 5:45PM PST, and Konami has sent a cryptic poem, hinting at a major, unexpected announcement:

News for a major announcement
you were not expecting.

What could this "major announcement" be? If it's supposed to be "unexpected," it better not be Metal Gear Solid 4 on Xbox 360. Seriously. Stay tuned to Joystiq for live coverage from the press conference.

I hope it is MGS, maybe MS wanted to let Konami make this annoucement.

Sony just anounced that MGS is to remain a 360 exclusive.

u mean PS3 exclusive? Besides isn't some games they say that are an exclusive to PS3 but in reality is also coming out for Xbox 360? I say its MGS4 on 360, saves me $500.

They never really said anything Konami when on stage seemed a little hesitate in saying it and I think the annoucement will be mgs 360

It'll stay exclusive for about 7 to 8 months then they'll "shock" everybody by announcing a 360 version guaranteed.
