Start > Run > CMD > ipconfig/all > press enter > ipconfig/release > press enter > release the coaxil cable > ipconfig/renew > press enter > ipconfig/release > press enter > release the power cable > replug everything starting with the coaxil cable first in 30 seconds
Once the signal starts to return, type in in the command prompt: ipconfig/renew> press enter
