Ours is so bad that I am embarassed to even take a picture! Just imagine a beautiful 37 inch HD tv siting on an old beat up coffe table with xbox video games spilling out of the storage cupboards. Not a pretty site! The HD tends to distract you from the trashy nature of the coffee table. We'll send a picture when we get our tv stand. How does that sound!

The PS3 is a pretty much flawless machine in terms of build quality. 0.02% defect rate but I realized that gaming is about more than that.

It comes down to the games. Sony lost the GTA series and even Ace Combat. Motorstorm was average at best and Lair tanked. I traded in R:FoM long ago.

I had always been an Xbox guy since day one but took things too personally when my systems broke. On Friday I'm buying a 2 year extended warranty for my Halo 3 console and if it breaks, I'll just send it in.

MS has taken the games away from Sony. You want to play the best games, you need a 360. I got tired of playing 360 ports on my PS3 that played better on the 360 (according to reviews).

MS also has made some positive changes to the console. My new 360 runs much cooler than my previous one. I wish the Halo 3 Special Edition console would have had the 65nm chip in it. Regardless, with the extended warranty that I'm buying I will have peace of mind. :)

The short answer to your question is Halo 3.

after loosing $1 B+ in repairs, they finally wised up and improved the heatskink. the new chips will be out in the fall, but that doesnt help us who already have the systems :p
