I don't really think it does. The graphics aren't all that impressing only thing that looks great is the sky. Gameplay looks fun, but looks to be like it can get boring after awhile.

The thing that looks best here is the water. It seems all these exclusive games for ps3 seem to focus mostly on one aspect of graphics.

No one game justifies buying a console. I hope Warhawk bombs. MP only is half a game to me. There aren't enough PSN members to make the game worthwhile MP only. If the game succeeds more MP only games will surely come. They may anyway.


As for Lair, it looks fantastic. Look at the draw distance. Other trailers show hundreds of characters. Hopefully motion control will be spot on. That will make or break the game.

Well he wasn't the only one on there that said they are afraid of what is happening in the game. Yes the game has good graphics, but the complexity of the game could be its downfall. There are a lot of games that could of been good, but its complexity kept them from doing well. Hopefully they may simplify the game so that it may be good for many people to play.

Very well said. I certainly can't defend gameplay if the game isn't out. You did initially mention graphics. Subjective at best that you are unimpressed and I am impressed. It's always a matter of taste and perception. I just don't think it's fair to blanket a gaming system based on a few games. Sony knows if good games don't start coming out that there is little incentive for people to buy their system.


Crecente has such a messiah complex that he actually wrote an article about two weeks ago about installing his grass. I take anything he writes with less than a grain of salt. Mostly pro Crecente or pro MS comments make it into the Comments section. He must screen them. When I've posted pro Sony comments, they don't get posted.

I like warhawk it seems like a good game 32 players battlefieldlike gameplay.

Seems like a winner to me however like lunatic said not one game justifies the price of one console.

Ok maybe SSBB to finally sell me on the Wii but thats a rare exception.
