Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare PUBLIC Multiplayer BETA FAQ:

When does the BETA start?

The beta will launch in August, 2007. The Exact date is TBD, we'll update you as details are finalized.

How do I get into the BETA?

There's going to be a lot of ways to secure your spot in the Public Multiplayer Beta for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, finalized details will be coming out in the near future. However, Charlieoscardelta.com members will have exclusive chances and ways to get into the BETA which we'll be detailing in the coming weeks.

What platforms is the BETA for?

This Multiplayer BETA is exclusive to the Xbox 360 via Xbox Live, however we've got lots of things in the works for the PC version as well which we have yet to announce. This FAQ / BETA is strictly for the Xbox 360 version however.



Note: This FAQ is a work in progress and will grow as we finalize more details, stay tuned. Thanks!

Should be interesting to see how this Beta goes in comparison to the Halo 3 one, it'll probably yield the same results...

I feel it's a good thing to do this cause it help the developers find bugs in the multiplayer so we don't have to deal with them when the release the game.

Yeah, I'd love to get my hands on the COD4 beta. I am really looking forward to this game!

yea .. the stuff that ive seen on gametrailers.com of the alpha footage make me think of graw2 in the desert or something lol

Everyone,

The charlieoscardelta.com website is down for "maintenance." Personally, I belive this means that infinity ward is trying to release the beta, but I could be wrong, It wouldent be the first time.

As far as I know the only console beta that was worldwide was the halo 3 beta....even Metal Gear solid online is restricted to 3000 members in Japan!
