iD's new engine looks amazing, I'm wondering could this cause some competition for Unreal, because from what I see, the Rage engine looks a little better in certain things.

I think Killzone uses it's own. Some stuff in that vid does look a little like stuff form the Killzone trailer though, I wonder if something will pop up eventually saying that Sony is using it for Killzone.
