Changes Online now

All,

The following changes are now online:

- The comments system on the main site is back online
- The favourites system on the main site is now online
- Comments and add as favourite are now for known users online (no guest comments)
- on the forum the bbcode for RIMG and Youtube should be fixed.

Don't know if you saw but you can now also report comments if they aren't in line with the guidelines or completely off topic
