They alredy have controls in place.
Every 30 seconds with a new desktop/laptop/internet provider they show parental controls.
the parents are just to lazy to activate them... people are fallowing the rules... if your 14 and you wanted to go see Grandma's Boy , Supertroopers , Beerfest , Superbad They'd Card you.
Same with video games.... if your buying GRAW 2 or Rainbow and your look like a Minor.. your not getting the game unless daddys buying it for you.. and if thats the case it shows you they have perental permission and there for the Terminator needs to shut hes trap and get into hes pimped out caprise that has Hemp Interrior... and drive away. and go do something more productive with hes time.
