I think the first two videos are gameplay. They look photorealistic to me. To be honest, Forza 2 looks damn impressive too.

I played the demo of Forza 2, and playing it I dont think it looks as good as the trailers have made it look. Its too shiny and almost looks Cell Shaded.... kinda like how Crackdown looks and the DBZ games for the PS2. If I had to say which one looked better id pick Turismo
