Hey guys, I'm at my first base and i'm getting ready to leave. I graduated the school and I've recieved my GED. I'm on my way to Fort Benning next. I miss getting on regularly. I'm on their computer and the damn thing won't let me check my facebook or my email. it kind of pisses me off. Hell, I can't even check my military email. It's really annoying. I've looked foreward to this for the past few weeks. To be able to get on the internet, and I can't get on my email and facebook. Not getting on myspace doesn't bother me, but I want to be able to update people on how I'm doing. I'm sure you guys know how I feel. Well, any ways. I miss haveing conversations with you guys. I start basic tomorrow. It'll be hard, but I'm ready for it. I don't picture it being too hard for me. I can officially call myself an American Soldier. Well, i gotta go, i'll try and hit you guys up sometime soon.

I have been playing both the single-player story and multi-player game modes and I have to admit; it blows away Modern Warfare 2. I love being able to take down a building and the achievements are easy to get. Also, teamwork is emphasized on this game where Modern Warefare 2 doesn't. The AI actually kills enemies this time (not like the first). Graphics are great and so is the customizing of the weapon loadouts you have for multi-player. I just can't say enough about this game. Oh, I did forget this: the killswitch for cheating is still there.:cool:

Been reading today and found that the Sony PS3 has decided to brick itself like it was y2k. They have also been having trophy issues and so forth. Also, the bug screws up their hard drive data and pretty much renders the PS3 usless. I say this is a big nail in the coffin for Playstation. What is your take on it since I think many PS3 owners will finally come over to the 360 side of gaming.:cool:

Well I take off tomorrow. I get picked up at 11 am and I have to go to Lansing, my states capital. I'll be there for the night and in the morning I get up at 5 am and I have to go to MEPS. When I finish with MEPS I get sent on my way to South Carolina. I'm looking foreward to it. I think this is going to be fun. I don't know if I'll be able to log on anytime soon, so I will miss you guys and I'll see you when I can. Love ya all.

Aliens VS. Predator is much better than a 5.5 rating in Game Informer Mag

I just bought AvP this morning and have been playing both the single and multi-player parts of the game. I would recommend this game to anyone who has played the original two that came out in the late '90s and newcommers to the series. This (the original 2)was a game that started me on FPS.

Game Informer said the sensor "beeped too much". If you ever saw an Aliens movie; you would disagree with them on that because as something gets closer to your position, it lets you know.

I do think the graphics are excellent and that you can unlock new skins for each species (human, alien, and predator) in multi-player. I also like the fact that the marine and predator have their extra weapons strewn about in the level and you have to pick them up to get them.

I would rate this game about a 9.97 on a 10 scale. The only thing missing is being able to be an alien queen.

Cheating running rampant in Modern Warfare 2

I know I discussed this before on people cheating in the COD series, but I became shocked when people were glitching and cheating in the game. I found that in mostly every game I have been in lately, someone is trying to screw everyone by glitches, modded controllers to fire faster than the guns should, or cheat on health. :mad:

This was the final straw that broke the camel's back. I sold my copy of the game for BF: Bad Company. I do know that if someone in Bad Company tries to get an edge in that one, the game does an auto-kill on you. I just wish COD would be that way.

I do hope someone from Infinity Ward or Activision sees this and understands my frustration (look at the global ranks and you tell me how someone got to prestige 10 in 3 sec).

Ten Days Left

I have ten days left before I leave for the army. I'm kind of excited, but kind of nervous. I'm sure it will be lots of fun and exciting. This is going to be a major experience. I can't wait, but I will miss XLN. I might be off line for a good few months, so I will miss you all. It really sucks, not having constant access to XLN. You guys are my family, my virtual blood. LOL. I think my next Tattoo will be an XLN tattoo. I'll miss you guys. I'll hopefully post one more blog before I leave. Catch you all later.

BioShock 2 is very good

I have gotten BioShock 2 today and have been playing both multi and single player modes and I do think they are pretty darn good. The multi-player is like Modern warfare 2 but with a Bioshock twist while the maps show Rapture in pre-civil war grandeur. I do like the expanded tonic part and plasmid numbers. Playing as a Big Daddy is also as fun as I thought it would be (I got the drill dash attack and that kicks butt). You can also take pics of your fallen foe in multi-player to get damage bonuses. I do hope they create more skins for the multi-player though.

All in all, BioShock 2 met my expectations ad went beyond.:cool:

...or the first time i was blocked, i should say. i won't say who it was, but i suppose if you search @mistahclutch on twitter you could find out for yourself.

basically, someone RT someone else posting about how the NFL won't let Janet Jackson perform at the super bowl, but they'll let Pete Townsend perform and he's a "known sex offender".

i was taken aback by this, i hadn't known pete townsend was a sex offender. i was distraught! so, of course i quickly googled "pete townsend sex offender" and sure enough, he had a case back in 2003. i came upon this article which pretty much show's how ridiculous the charges were and how crazy some watchdog groups operate. however this particular twitter user felt the same way and did not want to hear my opinions.

interestingly enough, this person had the audacity to assume "you probably want to burn Michael Vick". like, what did that have to do with anything? is it because pete townsend and i are both white? clearly we are out rid the planet of imperfect white people! RIGHT!

i even said, i thought it was absurd that vick had to do more time than 2 other NFL players that only served a few months for killing HUMANS while driving drunk.

but i'm pretty sure this person just hated me from jump street. felt like sharing this with you all.

AvP MP Demo Rocks!!!!!!!!!!

I downloaded the AvP MP Demo today and found it to be exactly what I remember it was like when I had the 2 original ones for PC. The marines have the sensor that beeps faster and faster when a life form is getting close. Also, you can desroy the lights to get Aliens and Marines into darkness and take them out cloaked (cloaking is the Predator, of course). I think this game will be a runaway hit with the fans of the first two and hopefully newbies to the series will like it, too. :D

Who's ready for BioShock2?

I have been closely keeping an eye on BioShock 2 since 2K Marin (a spin-off of the olks who made BioShock). Also, the guys who made Unreal Tournament awesome for multi-player is helping with the multi-player part of the game. The game comes out Feb. 9th and I hope to see everyone on here get it since it sounds and looks really good.

I have also been hearing lots about AVP, too. I am planning on getting it and also Halo: Reach since the new Halo tells how most of the Spartan soldiers died and Master Chief is the only one left. Looking forward to all of those titles.

Stupid rain! I knew it was no good!
I'm sooo mad!
I had my ipod in my jacket pocket, a jacket made for rainy/snowy weather, and water made it's way through the fabric and some how over moisturized my iTouch screen!
Now I can't use it! (for now)
Is there any chance anyone knows if it'll be ok, or do i have to get it fixed or replaced?

My community UnSanctioned Gamers have set up a new site, and I was told that, if our site could get a good several hits a day, it would really help us greatly.

And I'm working even harder to design things for all the clans in the community of almost 500 people and 7 clans.

Well im a big tattoo fan but when i read about this guy Matthew in my local newspaper i just knew i had to investiate further.

This guy has had thick brimmed glasses like buddy hollys' tattooed on his face! :eek: yes you read right on his face ..... ok this guy is heavily tattooed already so i suppose it doesnt really make much of a difference to him anyway ..... but why? i dont understand :D

So in disbelief i had to witness this guys madness, so on a you tube search i went ..... hres is the actual footage of him getting this crazy tattoo ......

So I've actually done my looking into of careers and what I need for the ARMY.
Now, before you say "don't do it"
Hear me out
Now... I've got a big problem in the future...
I live with my parents, who were trying to kick me out for being jobless.
Well, they want to leave and retire by the end of this year or next, and live in another state ALONE.
So that would leave me homeless still.
Of course I can not stay with friends, and any local family would just cause problems for them.
So I either shape up and do this, or continue looking for a sh*tty job where stores are closing down every month.
Also, I just talked with my best friend for 10 years, and best man at my wedding, and he's willing to drop the 360 controller and join with me.
You have no idea how happy that makes me.
This guy has been with me through so many sh*t storms in middle school and high school...NO SEXUAL JOKES PERVS!
I believe in God, but I always keep these things to myself, but...
I am very thankful I met this kid when I moved into this house.
And he's my first real best friend. I've never had friends before I moved here.
And out of no where, I meet this guy and we get along like that.
So having him with me... I know I can get through anything
Especially with my fiance, and soon to be wife, right there waiting for me and supporting me all the way.

So, of course, before they decide to have me start signing papers and what not,
I am going to get in there face and have them promise me that they will not feed me bullsh*t and lie to me and tell me I'll get this or that when I won't or it's off!
I really want to do this, and if they wont believe me, then I'll tell them straight in the eye out loud so EVERY military recruiting station can hear me: "AMERICA CAN GO F**K IT'S SELF AND BURN UNDER NUCLEAR RADIATION AND KISS MY ASS!"

Update on Modern Warfare 2

Infinity Ward released an update/patch for the game before Christmas. They fixed the 1887 akimbo glitch, the game search going into a private match, and fixed the Javelin exploding death glitch. I think Infinity Ward has done a good job with this update because I was getting ticked at the people who used the glitches to gain an upper hand in battles. I hope you like this info and enjoy the game much more.

Back from the Holidays

Everyone, I have returned to my blogging since the Holidays have ended. And I have few good things to say.

First is that I recently entered a COD MW2 tourney at a local game shop. I lost but it was fun. Met some pretty darn good MW2 gamers in the process.

Second, I got me a few games over Christmas with my birthday and Christmas money (Wolfenstein, Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, Mortal Kombat Vs. DC Universe, Prey, Star Wars: The force Unleashed, Mass Effect, BioShock). I also pre-ordered Mass Effect 2 and BioShock2 for when they release. I do have to say that Mass Effect 2 looks pretty good for a 3rd person view RPG. BioShock 2 will have multiplayer and the multi-player will be done by the famous guys who made Unreal Tournament great. Can't wait for those 2 games.

Now for some game comments: Wolfenstein is good, but I got tired of it fast. Story was great but not the multi-player. I am happy I was able to pick up both Mortal Kombat games because Midway is no more and both are pretty good fighter games (you can't go wrong with Mortal Kombat, right?) I also like the way the story for The Force Unleashed was made making it tie in with the 3rd and 4th star wars movies.

I also started prestige mode in MW2 recently and upped my accuracy to 14.95% (it is way better than my cousin or a few other friends.) I just hope I can do well enough in MW2 to be a very tough competitor.

Well, I am happy to be back on here blogging to everyone and I hope 2010 is a good one for everyone of you.:D

Super new tv

Well i was scanning through the local paper today and i found this amazing tv that will be on our shelves sooner than we think ....... so whats so special about this tv i hear you all say ....well, this tv

yes that one ... sweet isnt it .? lol well soon you'll be able to switch from screen to screen or keep different windows open, watching a football match, keeping tabs on Facebook - all while playing your favourite video game - on a TV.

Think of a Sony Bravia telly with in-built PS3 and Blu-ray. Or a Wii TV with Nintendo action games and motion sensor strip built in to the telly. Microsoft are taking it even further with Project Natal, which will be totally gesture-driven, no remote needed. A lot of the early all-in-ones will be driven by Windows 7's touchscreen software, like MSI's hands-on Wind PC, which allows you to control all your entertainment with a finger tip on screen.

Impressed? well i was and im going to start saving because no doubt these beauties will be very expensive indeed :D

well here i am i havent blogged for a while so i figured that today would be a great day to blog, well its the last day of 2009 and my what a crazy year this has been for me ..... i have done so much and achieved so much and to be honest im quite proud of myself. I certainly wouldnt have thought this time last year i would be doing what i am now ......

Well this year has been tough, ive had nightmares with my kids my friends and my family ........ thankfully it all looks like that it is sorted ..... the way i like it i dont like drama .....

so what do i want out of 2010 ? to be honest im not sure all i know is that i wan to progress further than were i am now ..... i want to do things that i havent done before ..... i want to live, im tired of siting on my arse doing nothing ..... not taking chances and not doing things that i really want to do ...... so in 2010 its about ME ......

The first thing i want to do is get back on a horse ... sounds crazy but i really need to do this ... its a big assion of mine and since i had the girls i havent done it ... im not blaming the girls im blaming laziness lol so i guess i need to motivate myself more .....

The second thing i really want to do is learn how to drive .... ive wanted to do this for some time but again laziness has held me back bigtime ..... my dads a mechanic so i know getting a car wont be a problem and i know everything there is to know .....

im rambling arent i lol well itsnew years eve and i dont drink lmao but today i have had a drink and i intend to have a few more lmao .... and i have noone to talk to as my b/f is playing burnout so ill post here and talk to you guys/girls lmao ........ so be warned there may be many blogs tonight lol ......

Well this years idol for me was Stonyarc ..... he has been my rock ths year he has given me so many opprtunities to do so much and i love him to bits for it .... hes just so inspiring and he made realize that i can do things that i didnt think i could ....... thank you stony your the best xxx

Update in my recent gaming:

GH3: Finishing up all the career modes and playing a lot of online matches for the 500 ranked wins. That's going to be a LONG achievement. I hope all the wins I had from playing back when this was released helps alot.

Halo 3: Playing old games I know, running through Legendary with the ladyfriend. She needs the achievements, that's 250 points for Legendary and the stacked Heroic achievements though!

Oblivion: I wasn't joking about old games. Almost done with the campaign. Then the side missions, may be one of the easiest 1000 point games I've played (aside from Avatar, durh).

Forza 3: Been getting some dust, needs to be played!

Brutal Legend: Missing it, I have the urge to play though!

This is the face of a young sweet and innocent Liverpool boy, John-Paul Massey, this happy go lucky lad was 4 years old and was about to enjoy the gifts and everything else his family had planned for him for the christmas period. I say was because sadly yesterday at 10am something horrific happened to this poor little boy that cost him his life, it put his grandmother into hospital and his 13 year old brother is also in hospital getting treated for shock.

This little boy was mauled by his uncles pitbull terrier, and his grandmother tryed so badly to help him but got so injured in the attack she couldnt do anymore, it wasnt until the police arrived and shots were fired and the dog was killed that they saw what must have been the most horrific thing ever.

Now apparently according to SKY NEWS they are saying that the police were called by a neighbour 9 months ago regarding this pitbull and the family because they were breeding them, now i know alot of people are reading this and are thinking its a pitbull .... well outside of the UK they are probably deemed as an ok day but here in the UK they are actually BANNED....unless of course you have a license and the dog is muzzled whenever it is outside of its home premises.

So why did this terrible thing happen? alot of people say its the breed and i have to disagree pitbulls can be just as loving and soft as your next dog, i think personally its like a person its the way that they are reared ......no dog has it in them to attack naturally .... unless of course its an inbred dog or it has been trained to do so. I own a staffordshire bull terrier and now they have terrible press too but i can say that because mine has been reared in a family home he is soft .... and id trust him with my life .... but you see so many young kids these days where i live and it seems the bigger the dog the harder you are .... they just dont realize the dangers of what there dog can do, to the kids of the streets where i live in liverpool the dog is an accessory, a loaded gun, TROUBLE.

And to be honest it knocks my stomach to the ground, when i was 16 i did work experience with K9 police dogs and i absolutely loved it and it learnt me alot about dogs and the way that they are so easily trained to kill ...... so these kids know this and they know that a 10-15 stone pitbull is going to A) scare anyone or B) kill anyone .... and i think its wrong ......

not only do i think its wrong that these kids should be able to own such powerful dogs, i also think its wrong that these poor animals have to be brought up and raised then killed because it was doing as it was trained to do .....

This ncident happened 20 minutes from where i live and my deepest sympathy goes out to this little boys mother and all his family, such a terrible thing to happen at a time when you wher meant to be so happy.... R.I.P little John Paul xx

3 Inches of Blood rocked it out. Played a few new songs from their newest album. The singer is hilarious, he likes messing with the drummer when he's not singing. Choking his crash and whatnot and generally fing with him.

Some retard kids were "hardcoring" in the crowd and it was pissing lots of people off. Then a few of them thought it'd be cool to stage dive (mind you, this venue is like a match box) and once unplugged the lead. Smart. Retard kids are retarded.
