Reuters: TNT agrees to UPS's raised cash takeover
AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - United Parcel Service will pay an increased 5.2 billion euros ($6.85 billion) for Dutch peer TNT, they said on Monday, in a deal that boosts the U.S. company's presence in Europe and creates a logistics giant with 45 billion euros in sales.
