On December the 23rd Square Enix released 0 Day Attack on Earth exclusively for the Xbox 360 on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace. The game was a bit highly priced for my liking, so I figured I'd give the demo a try before I made any decisions.

Earth is under heavy attack by massive creatures from outer space. Only you can save Earth, and to help you along your way, you have a huge arsenal of heavy-power artillery at your disposal. Once you have climbed into your fighter jet, you will be hit by fierce battles against these gruesome creatures. 0 Day Attack on Earth is an Xbox Live Arcade exclusive that will give you full range of motion and attack while you engage in airstrikes over real world cities such as Tokyo, New York and Paris.

The demo has you gripped, you get to play for roughly about 10 minutes, although it does feel alot quicker. You get to experience some very exhilarating game play as you utilize both analog sticks to take control of a powerful fighter jet, and dodge endless waves of monster attacks in an effort to put an end to their invasion. There is also some awesome multiplayer action available too with up to 4 players in online co-op play and 8 players in VS mode.

That being said, from what I did play, I didn't really see anything of any great significance, While there were a few interesting enemy crafts, there wasn't much of a feeling that the enemies were going to get more aggressive, although I did only play the demo, so here's hoping that other levels in the actual game won't just be more of the same. All in all it seemed a fun shooter game and I enjoyed playing it.

Although I did have my doubts about the steep 1200 Microsoft Point price tag at the start, after playng the demo a few times, I quickly realized that this was'nt like any other Arcade game, and I know once you start playing it you definately will not be putting it down.
