I was on Major Nelsons page and I saw something that made my jaw drop, and it was the images of the new Xbox 360 Wireless controller, which is getting a huge face-lift, but its not just the design that has changed, the new contoller actually comes with a special new feature which includes a transforming D-pad. Now this to most people may not be that significant, but to people who play alot of fighting and racing games like myself, this idea is just sheer genius. The engineers have come up with this ingenious solution so that with a flick of the wrist the D-Pad will switch from a plus to a disc. It's not just the changes to the D-Pad either, the whole pad has been re-invented, the buttons are different colours, the analogue sticks have been improved too, and it arrives in a cool matte silver. The controller will only be available with the new Play & Charge Kit that will be launched on November 9th. Now how much do you want one of these controllers? well, if you are lucky enough to be attending PAX Prime this weekend in Seattle, then you have to drop by the recording of Major Nelson's LIVE Podcast on the Sunday where he will have a few of these controllers to give away for free.

                 

There is a new adventure about to begin, and it goes by the name of Dhaila's Adventures. This amazing new RPG adventure is on the way very soon from freshly opened Wild Games Studio, unfortunately they have not released any news of the date yet, but I am hoping that it wont be too far away. I don't really know that much about the game yet, but I will definately be following it very closely.

                 

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Krome Studios have today announced that there is to be a new demo for Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole arriving on the Xbox Live Marketplace. This great demo will be fully playable, and in this action packed flight-action game, players take on the role of an owl (Shard) that fights to save its kingdom. Most of the action takes place in the air, as players battle other owls and enemies in melee-style combat. The demo will arrive on September 6th, almost a month before the actual release of the game.

                 

The launch trailer for the thrilling, action-packed Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions is here, and its ahead of the game's UK release which is on the 10th of September 2010. With the game set in four dramatically different universes, the trailer presents a deeper look at the personality and abilities of the four different facets of the hero's identity. Boasting the core abilities of stealth, speed, agility and power between them, the player's challenge is to utilise the best of each Spider-Man's unique ability to ensure that the Tablet of Order and Chaos is restored.

                 

Here is a really cool trailer featuring a special new track from all time rock legends Megadeath, this trailer really does show just how much this game is going to rock when it gets released on September 24th for the UK and September 28th for NA. Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock has today unveiled the Bios and Powers of the Characters that are to appear in the game, and as you will notice, each Character kind of has two characters, because each of the eight characters named below will infact transform into a rock warrior. As well as the Bios and Powers laid out below, there is also some nice Character Art over in the screens section for you to enjoy also.

                 

Here are the latest Character Shots direct from Activision for Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock as promised. These magnificent shots accompany the Character Bios and Powers. This really does look a rocking game, and I'm sure everyone who gets the game will totally enjoy the fun that is to be had with it.

                 

As promised here is the new trailer for Blood Stone which sees Producers David Wilson (EON) and Julian Widdows discuss the huge challenge of reimagining the classic game and bringing the whole project up-to-date for today's audience.  With comment from Art Director and Bond veteran Rob Cowper, the trio discuss their efforts to fully immerse the player into the world of James Bond. Featuring the legendary voice talents of both Daniel Craig and Judi Dench, the trailer showcases the fast paced, explosive and edgy direction that the developers have taken with this title.
